Beach Day with my Babes – Catch Up & Chit Chat

Today was actually a beach day.. It was so beautiful out! The weather was amazingly warm, cloudy but clear enough to travel on over to the beach. Though it was a short trip, it was an adventurous one. Ned (my cat) was able to escape the house for a bit, and I think it’s safe to say he enjoyed his time out.

Here’s a few pics from our trip to one of my favorite beaches on the North Shore! We initially went to see the seals, sunbathing on the rocks not too far from the coast, but I thought it would be a good opportunity to take Ned out for some exploring. At first, he was skeptic — he didn’t particularly enjoy the seagulls’ screaming at him — and decided to run at Pat and climb his leg to safety because of all of the new noises. Though after some time, he loved smelling EVERYTHING and running about. Beach day was a definitely a success!

It was nice to get out and be at the beach again, I’m definitely counting down the days until Spring!! I can’t stand the snow & cold weather… It’s too grey and it gets boring. Today was a good reminder that Spring is coming up sooner than later, and I cannot wait.

Currently I’m working on a few projects, as well as doing homework for classes & freelancing (am I crazy yet?), I can’t wait to share more about all of this! For now, I hope these cat pictures make your day. Isn’t Ned the sweetest? He’s the only cat that I know who likes walks on the beach & car drives!

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and I hope you’re having a great start of the new week!

How fun ! I have thought about trying to take my siamese out. Plus this looks like a new place I must put on my exploration list. Thanks for sharing!

    • Aw, I love siamese kitties! They’re beautiful.. If you do just make sure he doesn’t get scared & run away! It’s my biggest fear, but Ned loves the outdoors and when he does get scared he climbs our legs, lol! <3

  2. Looks like you had so much fun. Glad you were able to catch up with your friends
