I was going through my pictures and found these two, I couldn’t stop laughing! Even though I’m sure they only wanted me for food, I took it as an opportunity to take their picture- I’m sure they’d be super happy with it, I’d print it out for them but they’d probably only eat that too. Sign of appreciation? Besides these cuties from the Long Island Game Farm, I have a couple of shots I really like from the Washington D.C. trip I took last weekend. Here are some of my photography favorites from over the summer.
The pretty birdie was taken at the D.C. zoo, although it was wild and not actually apart of the zoo. The second photo is of the Thomas Jefferson memorial, touched up A LOT because I didn’t want any of the people who were there in the image. Restoration editing at its best 🙂 I love restoring photos because I always love comparing it to the original and actually seeing all of the differences between the two. You can see the comparing here on my Flickr page. I use Adobe Photoshop to edit individual photos like the above and have been using Photoshop for about 4-ish years now, it’s definitely my go-to editing software.
Anyways, Happy Father’s Day to all dads out there (including mine who I’m sure reads these)! I’ll be around with family today, and the rest of the week is pretty busy but I’m sure you’ll hear from me. Be sure to follow my Instagram for quick posts!
