Unicorn Born Jewelry Review – My New Favorite Choker

New brand alert! I’ve always been obsessed with chokers, specifically chokers with a moon or star charms and I have finally found my favorite. The charm you see is a swarovski crystal of a moon, and each piece has stainless steel. This choker is designed and handmade by a lovely lady named Fee, who’s brand is called Unicorn Born. 

The pieces that I’ve been lucky enough to interact with are truly quality items. To be honest, I was a bit surprised because the prices of the items are SUPER affordable. Usually that never ends well, but with Unicorn Born it’s the complete opposite. These items are affordable and a quality product. The photos attached to this post are of the Swarovski crystal Moon Velvet Choker. It fits comfortably and the charm collects all sorts of light- I swear while I was driving the car was filled with all of these beautiful reflections.

I’m seriously, obsessed.

Who is Unicorn Born?

Unicorn Born was created by Fee as a creative outlet and has been for almost 3 years. The little shop allows her to create custom items for her friends and customers which she most enjoys. In her shop there is a wide range of gorgeously designed items that shows her style. Her jewelry ranges in styles between kawaii and goth, and almost everything in between. Fee also specializes in creating hand stamped necklaces which are custom to the client (initials, words of your choice etc). Fee’s goal is to create something that her customers will absolutely love.

When emailing Fee, she’d said that her pieces are “nothing fancy,” and that “I’m not a master of my craft, I am self taught and a novice.” I understand where she’s coming from because I used to believe the same thing about my creations, as I was also only self taught at one point. It’s different when you’re looking at your own designs, and it’s easy to be “humble.” But when I first saw Unicorn Born’s designs, I was baffled. Partly because they’re truly beautiful and like nothing I’ve seen here in the United States (Unicorn Born is based in the United Kingdom).

Fee’s collection truly has their own personality and that’s what I love most about them. Thankfully, Unicorn Born is an online business and I’m able to purchase from her as she does ship internationally! I’m truly excited to see the future of Fee’s business and what she will be adding to her collection.
