The 15 Books I Read in 2019

If you love reading but you’re not on GoodReads yet, you should be! At the beginning of the year, I had set a goal to read 15 books before 2019 ended. On December 29th, I finished that 15th book! I’m going to be honest, I had only read ONE book between January 1st – May 30th because school and work took up most of my time. The second after I graduated on May 30th, I felt I had to catch up on all the books I wasn’t able read while in school and I was able to read all 14 between then and December 29th.

What I Read in 2019:

#1: The Next Person You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom

“Secrets. We think by keeping them, we’re controlling things, but all the while, they’re controlling us.” pg. 145

“The flip of a pencil. From written to erased.” pg. 207

#2: Only Love Can Break Your Heart by Ed Tarkington

#3: One Day in December by Josie Silver

#4: The Money Book for Freelancers by Joseph D’Agnese

#5: The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory

#6: The Wedding Date by Jasmine Guillory

#7: An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green

#8: Holding Up the Universe by Jennifer Niven

#9: All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven

“…because in this house there’s no such thing as being sick unless you can measure it with a thermometer under the tongue.” pg. 185
