What value can you provide?

This is where your product or services come in. Your ideal customers need to know what you can do for them. What problem can you solve? How can you best serve them? Grab a piece of paper or blank document and brainstorm 10 ways you can best serve your ideal audience.

Here are example offers:

  • 10% off all new items
  • Gift with any purchase over $75
  • Free Gift Wrapping
  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • 25% off your next purchase when you spend $30 or more
  • Giveaway or Competition

Create an amazing holiday offer!

It’s not easy, but it doesn’t have to be hard. You’ve already brainstormed at least 10 different offers for your ideal customers. Compare your 10 new offers to what you’ve offered your customers in the past. What worked in the past? What didn’t? These insights will help you narrow in on the perfect offer for this holiday season!

You may want to create a few different offers (and campaigns) for your customers that go with each of the seasonal shopping dates. For example, you may want a 50% sale for Black Friday.
